Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at the email or phone number provided below. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation is accepted and the payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production has started. For such items, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
